ICS obtains written parental consent before using any student photographs. We never publish a child’s full name alongside their image. Consent preferences are reviewed annually.

A safeguarding audit is conducted termly to ensure that all information, contacts, and resources remain up to date.
All staff have regular and mandatory safeguarding training of varying complexity as guided by their level of safeguarding responsibility.
