We have three school terms with the academic year starting in the last week of August or first week of September each year and finishing in late June or the first week of July.
The structure of the year can be summarised as follows with exact dates changing each year to accommodate National Holidays, Religious Celebrations and UK Examination dates.
2025-2026 Academic Year
Term 1
From September 31st August 2025 to Thursday 18th December 2025
- First Day of Term 1 for All Year Groups: 31st August
- Last Day of Term 1: 18th December (12:00pm finish)

The school year consists of 180 planned teaching days, plus some opportunities for school trips and visits during some holiday time. We also run a summer camp (separate fees applicable) during July for those students staying in Amman for some of the summer break. This summer camp is usually open for students aged 4-12.
