The parent of the student(s) remain responsible for the timely payment of invoices, even in cases where a third party, such as a company, is making the payment.

Tuition Fees (Including application and registration) 2025-2026
1. New student assessment fees*
A non-refundable assessment fee is payable for each child when a place is offered and is invoiced along with the school fees. This fee will be waived for students returning to ICS. This fee covers the assessment of your child(ren)’s appropriate testing, interviews and assessment as needed: It is billed on your invoice as “Assessment”: JOD 3000 (Y1-Y13).
Students who join ICS in EY1 or EY2 will pay the assessment when they move to Y1.
2. Tuition fees
Full tuition fees payment is required by 16 February 2025.
A place in the school for the academic year 2025/2026 will not be confirmed until the above payment(s) has/have been received. Students whose fees have not been settled will not be admitted to their classrooms on the first day of the new academic year.
School fees for the academic year 2025-2026 are as follows:

3. Bus fees
A non-refundable bus fee is paid in advance for the whole year
Round-trip fee: JOD 510 / pupil / term
One-way trip fee: JOD 373 / pupil / term
4. Lunch fees
A non-refundable Lunch fee is paid in advance.
Registered students: JOD 900/pupil
5. Conditions of payment for the school fees
Payment of school fees can be settled in Jordanian Dinars or US Dollars, in which case we apply the current official middle USD/JOD exchange rate of 0.708 . The school’s bank details will be shown on your invoice.
6. Examination board fees
Examination Board fees are not included in the school fees. (I)GCSE, A Level and BTEC fees are paid separately as required.
7. Textbooks and school activities
Text books, where needed, are provided by the School. The costs of optional trips, special courses, uniforms, CCA’s and camp fees are paid separately in advance.
8. Sibling discount
A discretionary discount may be awarded to the third and subsequent child(ren) from one family attending ICS. For the third child, there may be a reduction of 25% on the annual tuition fee; for the fourth and subsequent children, a reduction of 50% on the total annual tuition fee may be applied. The tuition discount applies to the youngest child(ren).
9. Learning Support fees
Any Learning Support fees are paid fully in advance in addition to the tuition fees. Any changes in the level of support after assessment will be reflected on the invoice.
10. Notification & payment of annual fees
The invoice for the annual school fees at ICS will be issued in the month of January 2025 at the start of Term 2. Full tuition fees payment is required by 16 February 2025.
Pupils will not be admitted to their classrooms on the first day of the new academic year 2025-2026 unless full payment is settled.
11. Partial payments for the term
For pupils leaving during a term, a minimum of 50% of the fees will be charged, provided the required two-term notice period has been given.
For pupils starting during a term, prorated fees will be calculated proportionally based on the number of days the student is enrolled during the term.
11. Refunding of fees
Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the school receives two full terms’ written notice of withdrawal. If information about leaving is received after the first day of a term, the school reserves the right to charge two extra term fees in lieu of proper notice. This withdrawal policy is applicable in all cases including political and force majeure situations. Any refund is subject to a 5% administrative fee.

13. Nonpayment of fees:
If the school fees payment has not been received by the school before the start of the academic year/term, the pupil shall not be admitted. The school reserves the right to accept new pupils from the waiting list in place of unpaid pupils whether new starters or existing students if no payment of fees has been received by 16 February 2025.
If an outstanding balance has occurred during the course of the year the pupil shall not be re-enrolled in the following academic year.
14. Home School Agreement
The admissions process will not be considered complete until the school receives the signed Parent Agreement form.
